James took pride in his work with the Department of Defense and traveled all over the world.

He is survived by his sisters, Christine Adcock and Ronda Novak; his parents, Irv and Joan Wettlaufer; his wife, Dorothy; his sons, James and William Wettlaufer, and by three grandchildren.
