Clifford E. Snider
June 29, 1926 - Dec. 7, 2013 - Clifford Snider, former chief of Chinook Nation and a resident of Clackamas, died Saturday, Dec. 7, at the age of 87. He was born June 29, 1926, in Portland to Earnest and Alice Snider. After attending Milwaukie High School and Oregon State University, he became a local teacher and coach. He is survived by: his wife, Jeanine Snider; daughter, Jolyn Manchester; and grandson, Sam Kotwicki. A public memorial service will be held at Alder Creek Middle School, 13801 S.E.
