Bonnadell Mae Porter-Shull, 80, died Saturday, Sept. 11, 2010, in Canby.
 

She was born Aug. 28, 1930, in Omaha, Neb., to Clifford and Matilda Porter.

A 1948 graduate of Molalla High School, she earned a doctorate from the University of Oregon in 1993.

She was an avid animal lover and enjoyed bargain hunting.

Survivors include her daughter, Marijane Smets; son, William W. Shull III; and five grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, Sept. 15, at 10 a.m. at St. John the Apostle Cemetery in Oregon City.
