David Reece of Salem, died peacefully at home, surrounded by his family Oct. 17, 2017, following a short battle with cancer.

He was born May 22, 1948 in Pendleton, to Harold "Bud" Reece and Martha (Price) Reece. When he was three years old, the family moved to Molalla, where he grew up.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Ann (Baker) Reece; four children Jordan, Sean, Nicholas and Heather Davis (K-Jay); and four grandchildren, Kennedi, Hezekiah, Brandon and Garrett. He is also survived by his siblings, Darlene Klein (James Brown), Carol Lundgren (Bill) and Roger Reece (Cheryl). He was predeceased by his parents; and sister, Judy.

He shall be greatly missed.

Per his wishes, there were no services.
