Darrell Dale Ogren 70 years of Monitor, Or. died suddenly at his home August 3,2011. He was born in Silverton, Oregon on February 27, 1941. He attended Molalla High School. He is preceded in death by his sister Darlene Doerfler, and his parents Victor and Alice Ogren.

He enjoyed truck driving and farming, raising cattle and hogs. He also had a passion for baling grass hay for feed and grinding his own grain.

In November 1964 he married Theresa Yost. He is survived by his wife, daughters: Barbara Shoemaker of Clifton Hill, MO., Bonnie Dombrowsky of Silverton, Becky Potter Silverton, Brenda Miller of Molalla, Bobbi Jo Ogren of Molalla and Brandie Bailey of Woodburn, Or. He also has 15 Grandchildren and 3 Great grandchildren. He will be truly missed.

Services will be held on Wednesday August 10,2011 at Unger Funeral Chapel, Silverton, Oregon at 11:00 am. Following graveside services a celebration of his life will be held at his farm. Arrangements by Unger Funeral Chapel.
