Dennis Ned Kundert July 22, 1941 - Jan. 5, 2022

Dennis was born July 22, 1941 in Mobridge, S.D., to Victor E. and Frieda M. (Orth) Kundert. He was raised on the family farm and then in Mound City, S.D., until the family moved to the Pacific Northwest, settling in Milwaukie, Ore., in 1951.

Dennis attended Milwaukie High School, was part of the first student body of Clackamas High School and graduated from Molalla Union High School.

Dennis was employed at Hyster Manufacturing Company in Portland as an overhead crane operator, and at Stanley Proto Tool Company in Milwaukie. He then worked for Warn Industries as a machinist until his retirement.

Dennis passed away at home Jan. 5, 2022 from COPD.

He was preceded in death by both parents; and is survived by his daughter, Lisa (Scott) Gross; and grandchildren, Brandon and Tyler Bostwick and Dylan, Shelby, and Colby Gross. Also surviving are brother, Gordon (Sandy) Kundert of Molalla, Ore.; and sister, Linda Jackson of Vancouver, Wash. Dennis is survived as well by nephews, James (Shari) Kundert of Colton, Ore., and Michael Jackson of Vancouver, Wash.; and three great-nephews.

He was loved and will be missed.
