Patricia Anne (Magill) Heintz

Patricia Anne Magill Gruver Heintz was born April 10, 1931 in North Bend, Oregon to Dorothea Feyrer Magill and Otto Willis Magill. She passed away August 1, 2026.

Pat grew up in Molalla, Oregon with her brother Austin Magill and sister Katharine Magill Zeek. She graduated from Molalla Union High School in 1949 then married to Gordon Paul Gruver having two children, Grant William Heintz (Becky) and Jenifer Louise Zeek (Earl). Unfortunately that marriage didn't last.

She went to OSU with two small children to further her education and met her husband James Heintz. They were married August 3, 1957. They had three children, Mary Katharine Wynn (Garry), Alexander Allen Heintz (Michelle) and Suzanne Helen DuMont (Jeff)

They moved the family to Silverton, Oregon where they resided the remainder of their lives. She loved her family, her Church, Immanuel Lutheran, and was an avid gardener. Her family was most important to her, having five children, 16 grandkids, 25 great grandkids. Her husband proceeded her in death along with their eldest son, Grant.

The family will have a private ceremony that will be held at a later date. Thank you to The Mt Angel Towers and Serenity Hospice for their support and comfort during her time at the towers.
