Jama Lynn (Jackson) Plummer

Jama Lynn Plummer, of Willow Park, Texas, died on July 28 at age 55.

She was born on March 9, 1955, in Oregon City, to parents James and Ethel Jackson. She was raised in Molalla, where she attended high school, and earned an associate's degree from Clackamas Community College.

She was the executive director of senior housing.

She attended the First Baptist Church of Willow Park, Texas, and the Evangelical Church of Liberal, Ore.

She was a volunteer with Meals on Wheels at the Weatherford, Texas, senior center.

Her hobbies included travel, shopping, reading, daily bible devotions and caring for her kitties.

She is survived by: husband, John Plummer III; brother and sister-in-law, Tom Jackson and Raydene Jackson; nephew, Jim Jackson; niece, Megan Jackson; step-son, Andrew Plummer; sister-in-law, Linda Smith; brother-in-law, Richard Guerrero; nephews, Kyle and Kevin Smith; niece, Kallie Smith; nephew, Noah Guerrero; and sister-in-law, Lorry Jackson.

Her parents and brother, Tim Jackson, preceded her in death.

A graveside service will be held at noon on Saturday, Aug. 7, at Adam's Cemetery, 32840 S. Adam's Cemetery Road, Molalla 97038.

Visitation hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 6, at Molalla Funeral Home, 220 East Main St., in Molalla. Interment will be at noon on Aug. 7 at Adam's Cemetery.
