Karen Eileen (Morrow) Lundsten


Karen Morrow Lundsten, 71, died of sudden causes in Portland, Ore. on May 7, 2012.

She was born Feb. 7, 1941 in Cathlamet, Washington. to Raleigh and Minnie Morrow.

She is survived by her brother, Kenard Morrow; sister, Kay Stuck; daughters, Keri Munson and Kristi Montgomery; and five grandchildren.

A service is planned for Friday, May 25 at 2 p.m. at Canby Funeral Chapel.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or Doernbecher Children’s Hospital.

Karen (Morrow) Lundsten born February 7, 1941 in Cathlamet, Washington. Died May 7, 2012, at the age of 71.

Karen lived primarily in the Molalla, Oregon area. She lived in the Scapoose area for the last of her life.

Karen retired from the City of Portland, Maintenance Bureau in 1999. She enjoyed baking, gardening, quilting and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She belonged to Job's Daughters, Amaranth, Scappoose Senior Center.

Karen is survived by a brother; Kenard Morrow of Medford, sister; Kay Stuck of Scappoose, OR, two daughters; Keri Munson of Scappoose, Kristi Montgomery of Washougal, WA. Five grandchildren; DJ, Lindsay, Natalie, Erika & Benjamin.

There will be a Memorial Service for Karen, May 25, 2012, 2:00 PM, at Canby Funeral Chapel, followed by a reception at the same location.

Memorial Contributions may be made to Dornbechers or American Heart Association.
