Alan Thomas Beyer

Alan Thomas Beyer was born in Silverton, Oregon on August 22, 1970 to Vincent M. Beyer and Stella M. Beyer (Dummer). He passed away on December 14, 2022 of a sudden heart attack in Beaverton, Oregon at the age of 52.

Alan was raised on the family farm, and graduated from Monitor Elementary School and from Molalla High School, class of 1989, and went on to achieve an Associate’s Degree in Visual Communications technology from Chemeketa Community College.

Most important to Alan was spending time with his family and friends. He loved all things sports and was an avid fan of the Portland Trailblazers and Oregon State University. Alan also appreciated anything and everything “Star Wars”. He worked many years in customer service in Beaverton area, including Specialist at Wells Fargo in Fraud and Claims and Consumer Cellular.

Alan is preceded in death by his parents, Vincent and Stella Beyer. Alan, the youngest of eight is survived by his seven siblings: David (Rita) Beyer of Woodburn, Mary (Jose) Parra of Woodburn, Stephen (Leslie) Beyer of West Linn, Mark (Gayla) Beyer or Oregon City, Janice (John) Walters of Portland, Leo (Edna) Beyer of Bend, Bruce (Molly) Beyer of Salem and 18 beloved nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at St. Mary Catholic Church, 875 E. College Street, Mt. Angel, Oregon 97362 on February 3 with a rosary at 10:30 am, followed by the funeral mass at 11:00 am. Arrangements by Pegg Paxson and Springer, Beaverton https://www.dignitymemorial.com
