Molalla Alumni Scholarship (MAS) Application:
The application instructions and forms are now on-line. Students applying for a MHSA scholarship will need to download these pdf files, update them using Adobe Acrobat Reader, print them out where they can be mailed or delivered in person.
The scholarship application are now available for 2017. Detailed instructions are included with each application. Note: the scholarship applications are fillable PDF's. This means you can type in your information and save/print it. Not all browsers support fillable PDF's. You can either use another browser or download the PDF to your computer and use Adobe Acrobat Reader to complete the form.
The Alumni Scholarship Committee has agreed to offer scholarships through Clackmas County Community College. Click here to see the agreement letter. Instructions to generate and complete the Molalla Alumni Scholarship application On-Line:
The form is in pdf format which you can download to your computer. You will need to have the free Adobe Reader installed on your computer. You can find a copy of the free Acrobat Reader at http://www.adobe.com/products/reader At this time, you may fill in all the information requested. You can save the partial or completed form to your computer. At any time, you can print out your copy of the completed form for you to review and submit. You can save a copy on your computer.
The blank forms pdf file can also be printed off and filled in by typewriter.
